We had another little photo session with Isla and Elise, this time in their little Easter outfits. They were too adorable in their little dresses, playing together on the grass!

An Easter Passage
Through him you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and glorified him, and so your faith and hope are in God.

March 30-April 20...Arizona!
We are getting ready for a trip to Arizona on our Ministry Partnership adventure. We are very excited to get to spend some time with family there, especially to meet little Isla Rose for the first time! Isla is several months old, and Elise is excited to get together with her. A fun little story--when Elise was born, and I called Kelly my twin sister, to tell her the news, she gave me the news right back that she just found out that she was expecting!! Definitely one of those "twin moments!" Here we are a year and a half later, with Isla and Elise making a splash in the world with their little personalities! We are also glad to get to spend some time with my grandparents whose health has been fragile.

We are excited to meet with Mountain Bible Church about our mission. Mountain Bible is a very special for me because through the ministry of Mountain Bible I came to know, love, and place my trust in Jesus while I was a freshman in high school. Before going there, I thought that I probably wasn't going to go to heaven because I had committed an "un-forgiveable" sin by swearing at God. But there, I learned about how Jesus offers forgiveness for all of my sins, and through faith in him, I am made clean of all my past and future sins....and destined for eternity with Him....and what a relief that news was to me!!
Mountain Bible has already joined our support team, and it is exciting to become part of what they are doing to bring Jesus to the corners of the world where he has not yet been proclaimed! We will also be meeting with friends while we are there, to present this mission to them for consideration as to whether joining our support team would become a part of their ministry to the nations as well.
Many have asked how it is going so far, and just to let you know it has been going very well and we have been very encouraged. We have seen many join our team with an excitement to give and pray. Some have even said jokingly "can I go with you?!" And one person we've talked to who is a logistics professional is in conversation with MAF to see if they might be able to use him in their disaster response department! This is exciting to us. This is about so much more than building our support team. We are excited to be part of the Lord communicating to his people the types of needs that exist around the world and the different ways to participate in them.
For the actual numerical progress, we will keep updates posted in the "Ministry Partnership" link on the left, but the Lord has provided over a quarter of our needs thus far.
