What a Superbowl!

As a Cardinals' fan, my heart aches a little bit for what might been last night. But I must say (and I may be a little biased) but was that not one of the most exciting Superbowls ever? And how proud the Cardinals can be to have been a part of it, and to have almost completed the biggest comeback in superbowl history. They came agonizingly short when Pittsburgh marched the whole field and scored the winning touchdown at the end of the game, but what a wonderful run by the Cardinals, and what a thrilling game! Great season Cardinals!

Elise was really fired up about the Cardinals being in the superbowl. She doesn't know anything about their long, difficult history though. So far they have never failed to get to the big game in her lifetime. So anyways we went ahead and made her a little outfit out of puff paint for her to watch the game in.

And here she is settled in watching the game.

Here's Elise with Daddy

Elise was pretty happy after Larry Fitzgerald scored the go-ahead touchdown for the Cardinals in the 4th quarter.

And then she was pretty upset when the Steelers scored the game winning touchdown. We calmed her down though and sent her to bed.
